Using the low-pressure-drop molecular sieve customized by Hongbo, compared with conventional low-pressure-drop molecular sieves, it can further improve the separation efficiency of oxygen and nitrogen in the air.
The nitrogen generation main unit, equipped with Hongbo's self-made and self-developed airflow distribution system and combined with 14 pneumatic valves, has six more valves than industry peers, reducing the air-nitrogen ratio and operating costs.
With Honabo's latest multi-tower structure design, it can form four-tower, six-tower,or eight-tower configurations, which offer more stable pressure and better performance compared to the dual-tower structure. Additionally, both the air compressor and nitrogen generator are designed with variable frequency technology for greater energy efficiency.
