PSA Hydrogen Purification Device with Deoxo Unit for High Purity Hydrogen
Product Principle Introduction
The pressure swing adsorption hydrogen production unit uses a hydrogen-containing mixed gas as raw material. Through a special molecular sieve, it utilizes the principle of pressure swing adsorption to obtain hydrogen at room temperature equipment.
Based on the differences in adsorption capacity of hydrogen and nitrogen gases on the molecular sieve surface and the varying diffusion rates of hydrogen and nitrogen within the carbon molecular sieve, the system uses a programmable logic controller (PLC) to control the opening and closing of programmable valves, thereby achieving the processes of pressure adsorption and pressure reduction desorption. This enables the separation of hydrogen and nitrogen gases, yielding hydrogen of the desired purity.
